About the channel

Business lessons are everywhere.

Some of the clearest examples of strategy, leadership, culture, transformation, and organizational behaviour are already hiding inside the stories we watch.

01
Why we created the channel

Frameworks explain the idea. Stories make it memorable.

Professionals often encounter concepts that sound simple in theory but are much harder to recognize in practice. Terms such as strategy, transformation, operating model, stakeholder management, and organizational culture can become abstract when they are explained only through frameworks and presentation slides.

Movies and television offer another way to understand them. A memorable scene can reveal a strategic decision, leadership failure, cultural conflict, or transformation challenge in a way that feels immediate and relatable.

We created Consulting On Screen to connect those stories with practical business lessons.

How each episode works

A simple path from scene to insight.

01

The Scene

We begin with a memorable moment, character, or storyline.

02

The Challenge

We identify the business or organizational issue underneath the story.

03

The Concept

We connect the moment to a relevant consulting principle or framework.

04

The Lesson

We translate the analysis into a practical idea viewers can apply.

What viewers can expect

Our episodes are designed to be short, visual, approachable, and useful—without oversimplifying the business ideas behind them.
